Thank you Bob for reading and your wonderful comments! You did recommend Stephen Cope's book & I've read it with great fervor. Loved it, especially his immersion of the therapy dialectic and mindset in the yoga experience. I find myself, in working on my own booklength story about my experience through trauma and out the other side is speckled with thoughts and ideas that organically eminate from my therapist mind and language. It is interesting after reading Cope's book and seeing where mine progresses moving forward.

I look forward to talkig with you more&thank you again for your comments! I'm gonna be lookog at your e-book. Feel free to also check out my e-book resource guide at www.embodymentalhealth.com

Forgot to mention that one of the reasons I love your new subtitle is that I actually have a section of my eBook called "Mind, Body, and Spirit" http://wp.me/PlUox-w

Hi, Teresa. Lot's of wonderful stuff going on in this blog!

Congratulations on your Yoga Teacher Training exam. That's a great accomplishment, and I love the way you're planning to put it to use.

Your new title for your site is very evocative and describes your mission above very well. Good move.

Did I ask you before if you'd read Stephen Cope's "Yoga & the Quest for the True Self?" Cope is a psychotherapist turned Senior Yoga Teacher at Kripalu. His book is wonderful. The only hesitation I have in recommending it is that it's pretty heavy in the psychotherapy. Shouldn't be a problem for you!

Look forward to see how you progress in your exciting newly refreshed karmic mission.
